Tyler M. Allen

Tyler M. Allen is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After relocating to Arizona, Mr. Allen received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Phoenix School of Law. Mr. Allen is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the State of Colorado. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court.

Mr. Allen has represented thousands of clients in both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases and all types of DUI charges.

Mr. Allen is a trial attorney with extensive experience successfully representing clients in jury trials and has attained many not-guilty jury verdicts and acquittals. Mr. Allen has been recognized as a winning and successful trial attorney based on the number of trials that have resulted in not-guilty verdicts and dismissal.

Mr. Allen has handled hundreds of cases as a Scottsdale defense attorney. He previously represented clients in the Scottsdale City Court as a court-appointed attorney which gave him extensive experience with thousands of legal issues and working with all prosecutors and appearing before all judges in that court.

As a Tempe DUI attorney, Mr. Allen has successfully defended many clients in the Tempe Municipal Court accused of Super Extreme and Regular Extreme DUI and having a BAC above .08, .15 and .20. Mr. Allen has also successfully represented many clients that attend Arizona State University (ASU) for underage/minor in consumption and/or possession of alcohol.

Mr. Allen also often represents clients in the Mesa Municipal Court where he has been successful in helping many clients avoid unnecessary jail time that the prosecutors were seeking before his representation on the case.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Allen volunteers his time and provides pro bono legal services to the Arizona Disabled American Veterans Legal Clinic.
